Hello and welcome to the Foundation’s Resource area. Here’s a listing of the types of resources available to you:
- Helpful Documents—these are helpful documents that you can read and print right away. Documents cover the gambit from a grantseeker checklist to a primer on Bowlbian attachment theory.
- Helpful Links—these are links (and accompanying descriptions) to other web sites that have something to say about Bowlbian attachment theory. In many cases, these web sites show how Bowlbian attachment theory is being applied in practical ways.
- References—this is a listings of the books that the Foundation’s board and staff has turned to in our attempts to gain a deeper appreciation and understanding of Bowlby’s theory of attachment. In essence, this list should give you some sense for the types of books that sit on the Foundation’s bookshelves. Each reference has a link back to its description over at Amazon.com.
- Reprints—The Foundation has secured permission to make reprints of the following articles, papers, and presentations available to nonprofit organizations free of charge. In some cases the Foundation has purchased these materials in bulk. If you would like a copy of a particular reprint, please click on the CONTACT US button above and send us the name of the reprint, and the name and address of your nonprofit agency. Reprints in paper format will be sent to your mailing address. Reprints in Word, PDF, or PowerPoint formats will be sent to your email address as an attachment (some PDF or PowerPoint files may be as large as one or two megabytes, so make sure your email account is setup to receive files of this size). Please do not make or resend additional copies of these reprints without the permission of the copyright holder.
We hope you enjoy browsing our Resources area. These resources should give you some sense for how the Foundation is approaching Bowlbian attachment theory as a theory of social change. If you know of a resource that you feel should be listed here, please, feel free to contact us using the CONTACT US button above.
