Here are the questions asked during the Full Proposal process:

Q1: History—Please give a brief history of your organization.

Q2: Activites/Goal—Please briefly outline your program activities and goals.

Q3: Social Problem Addressed—Please give a brief explanation of why you are requesting this grant (e.g., what social problem have you identified and are trying to address through your program activities)?

Q4: Community—What is the organization’s role in the community?

Q5: 501(c)(3) form—If you are a 501(c)(3), please attach a copy of your IRS Letter of Determination.

Q6: One time vs. Ongoing—Are you looking for one time support or ongoing support?

Q7: Additional Sources—Please list any additional sources of support and the amounts and types of committed and pending donations.

Q8: Funding Mix—Please estimate your percentage mix of government, corporate, and private funding sources (examples would be “60/30/10” or “40/20/40” etc.). The total of your GCP mix should total 100.

Q9: Organization Resources—Please share with us how your current management levels are run and the number of staff you have on hand for such a project.
